UPCOMING FUND-RAISING EVENTS…

:: FUNDRAISING WITH FUEL & GROCERIES ::
Sign up through the month of February | DOWNLOAD Sign-up Form (download form).
For $35 you can participate in either the Grocery Rebates Program or the Fuel Rebates program for one year (or purchase one of each for $70). $10 is automatically donated to Giraffe Laugh for every purchase. Upon purchase you will be supplied a PIN #/certificate to register online. You will choose a store where you regularly shop during registration. Every month you will save & mail in your receipts from that store (totaling a minimum of $100) to receive a $25 MasterCard gift card. Giving you the opportunity to collect up to $300 for the year! You can use the gift card anywhere MasterCard is accepted to buy whatever you desire – even use towards paying your Giraffe Laugh dues! Believe us – this is not “too good to be true” & we are excited to share this with you.

:: 5TH ANNUAL BOWLATHON ::
Saturday, April 24th, 2010 at Westy’s Bowling Alley (get map) | 2 p.m.

Why a Bowlathon?
Because it’s symbolic of how we knock down barriers for children 0-6 in need, by providing them with the best early care and education possible!

Who can be involved?
People of all ages, all walks of life and people like you who want to help us help young children in need! We need people with big hearts, not great bowlers.

How can I participate?
Be a team captain and form a team of 5 people from your place of work, family, friends or church. Each person on the team should collect $100 and bring it with them to the event.

What can I win?
Prizes will be awarded to the top individual that turns in the most money.

Everyone who collects $100 will receive a FREE T-Shirt. The 2 games you bowl and your shoe rentals are free along with free soda or beer. The team who collects the most money wins a wonderful team prize!

Instructions …

Team Captains:
1. Put together a team of 5 bowlers (including yourself) made up of friends, co-workers, colleagues, etc.
2. Make sure your team members have pledge forms.
3. Fill out your team roster and fax or email to 424-0406 or lori@giraffelaugh.org
4. Remind team members to collect at least $100 and turn in on the day of the event.

Bowlers:
1. Each bowler should collect at least $100 in pledges.
2. It’s as easy as asking 10 people for $10, 4 people for $25 or 2 people for $50!
3. If more pledge forms are needed contact your team captain or download one below.
4. Arrive at 1:30 to register, get your shoes, collect your T-shirt and enter the drawing for prizes.
5. Be prepared for fun! We provide two pitchers of soda or beer to each team.

Lane & Team Sponsors:
You and/or your company can sponsor your own lane for $100. Your banner will hang on your lane for the entire day. You can also be a team sponsor of a group of kids for only $350 so that children who were not able to collect pledges due to income can come too!
